Defense Minister Yaacoub Sarraf arrived in Romania Sunday morning accompanied by an army delegation, where he will be signing a military cooperation agreement between Lebanon and Romania.

Sarraf will hold talks with his Romanian counterpart, and will meet as well with Head of the Defense Committee at the Romanian Parliament, in addition to other senior officials
