Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali and Secretary General of the Social Fund for Development (SFD) Soha Soliman inaugurated Sunday the 57th round of "Diarna" (Our homes) exhibition.
The exhibition is held under the rubric of "From our home to your home" in the Exhibitions Ground in Nasr City till November 23.
The minister said that the current session of the exhibition witnesses comprehensive innovations including the means of display and showcasing the products made with unique Egyptian materials to fulfill the customers' taste besides the high quality and good prices of the products.
About three million families from all governorates are benefiting from these products and most of them are youth, Wali reiterated, noting that the exhibition aims at increasing the sales of the products and the profits of these families.
About 5,000 unique products will be showcased in the exhibition.
Meanwhile, the productive families project is a national program that the Social Solidarity Ministry seeks to spread to allow more productive families benefit from it. The program targets converting the low-income families into productive ones to raise their living standard and contribute to developing the society by providing training, technical and financial support to them.
