South Korea’s President Park Geun-hye has arrived in Berlin for a four-day state visit.Park arrived in the German capital after taking part in the third Nuclear Security Summit and a three-way summit with the leaders of the US and Japan in The Hague, Korea’s (KBS WORLD) website reported Wednesday.Park will hold a summit with German President Joachim Gauck and discuss ways to boost bilateral cooperation. Park will then visit the Brandenburg Gate which is considered the symbol of Germany’s unification.Park will also hold a summit with German Chancellor Angela Merkel the same day and exchange views on cooperation on unification, situations on the Korean Peninsula and ways to strengthen their countries’ bilateral cooperation.Park will then hear about Germany’s experience in unification and ideas for the unification of the Korean Peninsula from six Germans who were at the center of the country’s unification.
