South Korean President Lee Myung-bak today started a three-day visit to the Philippines to hold talks with his counterpart Benigno Aquino on bolstering bilateral relations and promoting trade and investment, in addition to issues of mutual concern.
The two countries will sign a series of agreements on cooperation projects, including industries and coal-power-generating stations
