Spanish Foreign Minister JoseManuel Garcia-Margallo will pay a two-day official visit today to Algeria. During the visit, the Spanish foreign minister will hold talks with Algerian officialson regional and international issues of common interest in addition to means ofenhancing bilateral relations.
