The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah appointed on Wednesday Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah Prime Minister. 
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Emir of Kuwait asked Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak to form the new government and inform the Emir of the new ministers for approval.
