Minister of Tourism Yehia Rashed issued on Tuesday a ministerial decision to assign his assistant for marketing and tourism promotion, Hesham el Demeiry, to assume all responsibilities of the head of Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion.

These responsibilities will be taken over according to relevant terms and conditions until a head is appointed for the authority.

Meanwhile, Rashed appointed former acting head of Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion, Samy Mahmoud, as a tourism minister's adviser.
