New British Ambassador to Egypt John Casson arrived here Friday to assume office succeeding previous ambassador James Watt who completed his three-year term in office.
Casson’s most recent post was secretary to Prime Minister David Cameron for foreign affairs. He began his FCO career in 1998 as a Desk Officer in the European Union Department.
