UN Special Envoy to Libya Bernardino Leon arrived in Cairo Monday coming from the UAE on a several days visit to Egypt for talks on the latest developments of the Libyan crisis and rescuing Skhirat agreement.

During the visit, Leon will confer with senior officials from the Egyptian Foreign Ministry and the Arab League along with some effective Libyan figures on the latest developments in Libya.
