The envoy of the UN Secretary –General and his special adviser to Yemen Jamal Benomar called on political parties Saturday to address all outstanding issues within the national dialogue conference. \"Yemen is facing big challenges and they are about consensus on the draft final document of the national dialogue conference, and to begin the establishment of a new social bond honoring aspirations of Yemeni people to build the state of law, democracy and human rights,\" Benomar said. The national dialogue conference has made large strides in that direction, he addressed the conference. Benomar reiterated that solving any problem in Yemen should be through dialogue. The state of law in Yemen will be established through a constitution and laws that would achieve justice, security and human rights, he added.
