Venezuela's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Africa Reinaldo Bolivar arrived here late Monday on a two-day visit to Cairo.
Bolivar is expected to meet with Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on the latest regional developments and other issues of common concern, according to diplomatic sources.
