Chinese chicken salad For an easy and delicious salad, toss together shredded red and green cabbage, grated carrot, toasted sesame seeds, chopped coriander, a finely-chopped chilli and some shredded chicken. Splash with a ginger-soy salad dressing and garnish with fried noodles. 2. Pasta bake Add shredded chicken to your next pasta bake or pasta dish to add protein and more flavour. 3.
