Ingeadients 1 cauliflower 1 onion, chopped 4 cups water (or chicken stock) blue cheese or parmesan cheese Instructions Step 1 Chop a cauliflower into even-sized pieces. Step 2 Fry an onion in a little oil in a large pot, add the cauliflower and chicken stock or water and simmer, covered, until tender. Step 3 Whiz with a stick blender until smooth. Step 4 Top with a little crumbled blue cheese or parmesan.
