US nurse stricken with Ebola

Texas nurse Amber Vinson, who is being treated for Ebola at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, is steadily regaining her strength, and doctors can no longer detect the virus in her body, members of her family told the news media on Thursday.
She will be transferred from isolation, her mother said.
Meanwhile, the condition of another Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital nurse, Nina Pham, who, like Vinson, contracted Ebola after treating deceased Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan, has been upgraded from fair to good, officials said.
