Two new Corona cases were discovered in Saudi Arabia while one infected patient died of the disease, Saudi Health Ministry said Sunday.

The number of infections with corona virus has risen to 1,033 people, including 454 deaths, said the ministry in a statement.

The virus, better known as corona-virus, is new to humans and was first reported in Saudi Arabia in 2012.

The ministry said 569 cases have been discharged from hospitals, while nine others are still under treatment.
