North Sinai Health Affairs Directorate said that 52 cases are suspected of being infected with seasonal flu in North Sinai.

Twenty-two cases have been discharged from hospital, said a well-placed source from the directorate.

The source added that 29 cases are still under examination and they are still in stable condition.

Three cases died of the disease, he added.
