The Ministry of Health on Sunday announced that it has sent a medical convoy to South Sudan to provide health services for residents.
The convoy, sent on December 15, started working at Juba and targeted more than 300 patients, the ministry added.
Ophthalmology, gynecology&obstetrics, orthopedics and general surgery were among the specialties included in the convoy.
A number of lectures and training programs were launched by the Egyptian doctors for the South Sudanese doctors and nurses.
