Egypt's Ambassador in Dakar Hisham Maher met on Tuesday with World Health Organization (WHO) Representative to Senegal Alimata Diarra-Nama.
They discussed the issue of Ebola and efforts exerted to face the disease.
Diarra-Nama said the country is completely free of Ebola.
She also called for taking precautionary measures against Ebola.
She hailed efforts exerted by the Senegalese authorities to combat the Ebola epidemic.
