Court of Urgent Matters has cancelled a ruling placing the Syndicate of Pharmacists under judicial guardianship.
The legal affairs at the syndicate has said the ruling assures the syndicate administration is financially sound.
The syndicate board is running the syndicate in full abidance by law no 47/1969.
