Emirates Post Group, EPG, has organised a Health Day event at Dubai Karama Central Post Office, with the participation of a number of medical service providers associated with the Niron Health Insurance Company.

The campaign included raising health awareness, explaining the dangers of chronic diseases, the examinations for testing diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol, the inspection of bone density, as well as eye and fitness test.

The campaign has been very popular and welcomed by EPG staff, who expressed their gratitude for this generous initiative. The medical teams of participating hospitals and medical centres were ready to provide free consultations and a number of tests.

"This campaign comes as part of EPG's commitment to make health a primary focus for all employees. Regular testing can help to detect underlying diseases, and for this reason, it is important to help in organising campaigns such as these," said Obaid Al Qattami, Commercial Executive Director of the Emirates Post Group.
