Health Minister Ahmed Emadeldin Radi paid a surprise visit Saturday to new Beni Suef General Hospital which was renovated by the Armed Forces' Engineering Authority in preparation for its inauguration during the coming days.

Radi was accompanied by Beni Suef Governor Sherif Habib.

The minister toured the different sections of the hospital including the intensive care and heart cath units.

The hospital was renovated with the cost of EGP 215 million.
