Dialysis treatment in Lebanon

Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) announced Saturday that it has launched a dialysis treatment campaign for Syrian refugees in the city of Tripoli.
KRCS Chairman Dr. Hilal Al-Sayer told KUNA that the society donated equipment to a local hospital to enable Syrian refugees to receive dialysis treatment.
The dialysis treatment cost remains a burden on the refugees, therefore, the KRCS is taking care of the situation and will provide treatment, said KRCS.
Local health officials lauded the step undertaken by the KRCS, affirming that such initiative reflected the generosity and compassion of the Kuwaiti people.
