Health Minister Faeqa Saeed Al Saleh has received Member of Parliament (MP) Khalifa Al Ghanim the representative of the Southern Governorate's fifth constituency to discuss the ministry's health services provided to citizens.
The minister praised the Legislative-Executive cooperation and MPs’ efforts in raising and discussing health-related requirements of the citizens.
The minister was briefed by the MP on his constituency’s requirements, and promised to study all these demands to include them within the current services or future plans.
The meeting shed light on the ministry’s new projects, especially Hunainiya Health Centre and Dialysis Centre due to be delivered to the ministry during this year, whereas the ministry undertakes the operational procedures of both centres.
The minister stressed her ministry’s keenness to develop the healthcare services in compliance with the leadership’s directives to satisfy citizens’ aspirations, and the ministry’s continuous efforts to provide the best services through community partnership to overcome the shortcomings and challenges.
The MP praised the minister’s efforts in the provision of quality healthcare services, responding and working to accommodate the citizens requirements within the available budget, and the Kingdom’s highly efficient healthcare services and the ministry’s considerable efforts and cooperation regarding health-related issues.
