Saudi Health Ministry announced a new case of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in El Hofouf.

The case takes to 1,031 the number of MERS cases including 453 who died since the disease appeared in the country, a statement of the ministry said.

As many as 568 cases were cured, the statement added.
