Official Spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population Hossam Abdel Ghaffar affirmed that no one was killed in the explosion that rocked the high court of justice yard in downtown Cairo on Monday.
In statements to MENA, he said nine people were wounded in the explosion, one seriously.
Meanwhile, the Interior Ministry said three officers and two conscripts were among the wounded.
Earlier reports indicated that one person was killed and three others wounded in the explosion.
