Palestine's Minister of Prisoners' Affairs Issa Qaraqe on Wednesday blamed the Israeli occupation on the deteriorating health conditions of the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.
In a rally to support a Palestinian sick prisoner, Qaraqe said that the Israeli authorities don’t deliberately provide the necessary treatment for sick prisoners.
The Palestinian leadership attaches great importance to the prisoners' file, Qaraqe concluded.
