Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab

Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab has called on Arab health ministers to launch a medical initiative to send young doctors to countries hit by turmoil, such as Palestine, Libya and Syria.
The premier made the statement during a meeting with Arab health ministers on Wednesday.
He added that this initiative will prove that terrorism has no any link with Islam and Muslims.
Mahlab also called for more cooperation among research, medical and therapeutic centers in the Arab countries.
Furthermore, Mahlab suggested organizing a summit that comprises pioneer Arab doctors, saying that this move will benefit the whole Arab region.
