Ebola outbreak

The Obama administration on Friday said it is considering quarantining healthcare workers returning from Ebola-hit countries in West Africa after a New York City doctor returned to the United States and tested positive for the virus.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) led talks on Thursday after Dr. Craig Spencer became the fourth person diagnosed with Ebola in the United States.
CDC spokesman Tom Skinner told Reuters that quarantine is one of the options being discussed by administration officials.
