Armed bedouins ambushed a security patrol in Sharm el-Sheikh and shot four policemen on Tuesday evening.The attack took place during a security services operation to arrest gunmen in Wadi Ferran area. The policemen were shot at and sustained injuries to the leg, eye, jaw and bruising. Earlier this month two Bedouins were killed near Sharm el-Sheikh, in South Sinai, after shots were exchanged with Egyptian police trying to arrest them. Tourists were not affected by the attack.
