Israeli raid on resistance site in Gaza Strip

Four Palestinians were injured Friday when the Israeli air forces launched a strike on a training site in the central Gaza Strip.

"Israeli warplanes targeted a training site of the resistance in the Bureij refugee camp," leaving four people wounded, according to witnesses.

Meantime, the Israeli army's spokesman said it targeted a site belonging to Hamas in Gaza following a rocket attack.

The camp's total land area is 529 dunums and in 2005, it had a population of 34,951 people with 28,770 registered refugees.
