President Bashar al-Assad has appointed Sattam Jad\'an al-Dandah as Syria\'s Ambassador to Iraq. Al-Dandah was sworn in before President al-Assad, which was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem. The President provided al-Dandah with his directives, wishing him success in his duties.
