Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, has met with Michael Fallon, UK Secretary of State for Defence, in the presence of the Deputy Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces, Staff Major General Eisa Saif Al Mazrouei.

During the meeting,Al Bowardi welcomed the British minister and his accompanying delegation, praising the existing relations between the UAE and the UK, which are witnessing progress in various fields.

During the meeting, the parties reviewed cooperation relations between the two friendly countries, especially in the areas of defence and military affairs and ways of enhancing them, exchange views on the latest and current developments in regional and international arenas.

The meeting was attended by senior officials of the Ministry of Defence and the General Command of the Armed Forces.
