The former security adviser of Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, Dr Mohamed Seif el-Dawla has arrived in Gaza ahead of the Palestinian National Security Conference, Rafah border security sources have confirmed. The conference, taking place over the weekend, has been organised by the Academy of Management and Policy, and brings together delegates to review Palestinian national security challenges in a scientific manner, and to provide a strategic insight to decision-makers. Sources said that el-Dawla had boarded a bus to his residence in Gaza after fulfilling the necessary paperwork requirements at the crossing.
