Syria attack

Six Iranian militia fighters, who supporting Syrian regime forces, were killed during clashes with opposition factions in northern Syria, military sources said Thursday night.
 
Victory Army faction, which belonging to Free Syrian Army (FSA), announced that six Iranians were killed by their fighters in clashes near the town of Khatab in the northern Hama countryside.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) announced that Syrian warplanes bombed areas under the control of the opposition north of Hama, in the time as regime forces seek to thwart the biggest offensive of the opposition in months. SOHR added that air strikes near the town of Allatmana, north-west of Hama, caused the suffocation of a few people, in reference to the possibility of a gas attack.


However, a Syrian military source denied that the military used for such weapons, calling the accusations as propaganda for the opposition.
