Guinea's President Alpha Conde stressed support for Gulf states' decisions to severe ties with Qatar until it stops backing terrorism, Al Arabiya news channel reported.

In a message to Saudi King Salman ben Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Conde underlined support for Saudi Arabia in its fight against terror.

Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates announced cutting ties with Qatar, then several other countries followed suit, including Libya, Yemen, Mauritania, Maldives and Mauritius.
