Israeli army planes aunched in the early hours of Wednesday several raids in northern Gaza. The airstrike targeted agricultural areas near to Asda’a city in Khan Younis Governorate in the southern Gaza Strip. Eyewitnesses told ‘Arabstoday’ the F16 planes fired two missiles at greenhouses west of Khan Younis, resulting in extensive damage and electricity cuts in large areas of the city. No injuries of deaths have been reported according to medical sources, however the sounds caused by the airstrike led to of fear and panic amongst the population, specially children and elderly. Witnesses said that Israeli gunboats stationed in the sea opened fire with machine guns on agricultural areas in the Gaza strip as well, but no injuries have been reported . The gunboats on Tuesday night launched a shell towards a group of citizens in the north-west of Gaza.  No injuries were reported.
