Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel reiterated Tuesday in Cairo, Egypt, "Algeria's consistent position in support of the Palestinian people and their right to enjoy their legitimate rights, especially their right to establish an independent state over the border of 1967 with al-Quds (Jerusalem) as capital, in line with the international law and legitimacy."
