Some gunmen from Yemeni “Reform Party” kidnapped the political activist, Abdul Sattar Al-Shumairi from his house after criticizing the party policy of war and his members’ recruitment in the National Army.

Al-Shumairi appeared on “Balqis” local channel and heavily criticized the party policy and accused it for being the cause for everything happening in Taiz city including the security breach and looting of public money. He also accused the party of undermining the local authority in the governorate and turning the National Army into militias, saying that, their actions aren’t different from the coup militias’ violations against Taiz and its residents.
