Security reports from South Lebanon reached ‘Arabstoday’, stating that International Forces began, at dawn, intensified patrolling extending from the borders of Shebaa Farms to the hills of Kfar Shouba. Meanwhile, Israeli army trainings started last night in areas adjacent to Lebanese villages and town, where their shells reached the edge of the towns bordering on Lebanon. Sources said that ten Israeli shells fell at midnight (Monday-Tuesday) and at dawn on the edge of Lebanese town Rwaisat al-Alam, due to Israeli army trainings in Shebaa Farms. Despite causing panic among Lebanese residents in the area as well as surrounding villages, no serious harm was done. The shelling noises were still heard intermittently until 6 am, coming from the occupied Shebaa Farms, where it was stated that 15 shells were fired. Sources said that these trainings coincided with Israeli warplanes carrying out heavy mock air raids over Kfar Shuba, Habbariyah, and Shebaa Farms.
