President Abdel Fattah El Sisi delegated Tuesday presidential secretary Abdel Aziz el Sherif to the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Cairo on the occasion of its Independence Day. 

On July 5, 1811, Venezuela's independence was formally declared and the first Venezuelan Republic was established.
