The US-led Coalition launched 20 airstrikes against Islamic State militants on Sunday, according to the statement from the Combined Joint Task Force for the coalition overseeing the operation.

The strikes on the ISIS sites centeried in the Syrian towns of Bab, Raqqah and Der Ezzur, as well as Mosul and Arbel in Iraq, hitting numerous Islamic State fighting positions, buildings, vehicles and fighting units, the statement said.
