Lebanese forces have arrested several suspects regarding the kidnapping of Arab and foreigners in Lebanon, sources revealed. On Tuesday, the Lebanese army started a special operation in order to arrest several wanted criminals in different cases. The operation was considered successful, as other individuals suspected of killing soldiers and or leaders of drug-dealing networks have been arrested. Wael Taleb was arrested in Taalabaya, east of Beirut, wanted for the kidnapping of a Kuwaiti national two months ago. An individual from Aal al-Mawla was arrested on suspicion of drug dealing, assault and shooting. In other news, an explosion was heard near the house of former Member of Parliament Sakrya in Baalbek. An investigation has been launched.
