Yemen attacks

Unidentified gunmen on a motorcycle assassinated Ahmed Ghaleb al-Amiri, son of the head of social department in al-Islah Party in Taiz, according to local Yemen sources.
The sources said that gunmen opened fire on Ahmed Al Amiri in down town and died of his injuries. Taiz has witnessed a series of assassinations recently of major politicians.
The security chaos and assassinations continued in the streets have outraged the Yemeni people for the deteriorated security measures.
Taiz is a divided city, besieged both by Houthi insurgents and their allies, and forces loyal to former President Abdullah Saleh. The central part is held by a ragtag coalition of armed groups, which are united in their opposition to the Houthis, rather than support for forces loyal to former President Abed-Rabbo Mansour Hadi and Saudi Arabia, which supports his claim on the presidency of Yemen.
