Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid spoke at the steering session titled, 'The Art of Management', in the presence of over 1,000 young Emiratis from across the Emirates, as well as a group of Emirati leaders and decision-makers in the education, culture, sports, arts, and economic sectors.
During the session, Sheikh Rashid engaged with the audience by relaying his experiences using management skills and professionalism. He also emphasised the importance of providing young people with opportunities to acquire management skills, which could positively impact their achievements and career progress.
Commenting on the occasion, Shamma bint Sohail Faris AlMazrui, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, said that the 100 Mentors programme seeks to convey the experiences and acquired knowledge of the selected mentors to the youth through interactive sessions.
