Army units, in cooperation with the Hmeimim-based Russian Coordination Center, secured the arrival of a humanitarian aid convoy presented by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to Efrin city in Aleppo northern countryside.

In a statement on Monday, The Center said that the convoy, which were distributed to the people in Efrin, contained 114 tons of food and medicine.

The Syrian Government, in cooperation with Federal Russia, cares for the delivery of the assistance to the civilians in various areas, but the armed groups, positioned in those areas, plunder, confiscate and prevent the assistance from reaching to the civilians
