At least 116 people died in the cruise boat disaster on Russia\'s Volga River, the investigative committee said in a statement Tuesday. The tour company using the boat did not ensure required safety, \"which led to death of at least 116 people,\" the statement said, adding that two company executives have been detained and face up to 10 years in jail.
