U.S. Vice President Joe Biden will visit Japan in the second half of the month of August, it was announced here today. Japanese News Agency ( Kyodo) said Biden is expected to hold talks with the leaders of the Japanese government to emphasize the depth of the alliance and bilateral cooperation between the two countries on nuclear issue of North Korea. Earlier in the day the U.S. and North concluded in New York two days of talks described by both sides as constructive.
