British Defence Secretary Liam Fox arrived on Saturday afternoon in Tripoli, Libya to see the latest relating to military operations carried out by British forces against Gaddafi forces. Meanwhile, Forces of the Libyan National Transitional Council are fighting Gaddafi in the middle of Serte, one of the two that contains members of Gaddafi forces. Libyan doctors said that the fighting resulted in 12 deaths and 190 injuries, in addition to thousands of displaced citizens.
