That work is being carried out by Ursula Brennan, the Ministry of Defence\'s permanent secretary, who originally set out a two week timetable for producing her early conclusions. A Downing Street spokesman said: \"The Prime Minister has asked the Cabinet Secretary to examine the initial findings of the Ministry of Defence Permanent Secretary\'s review, and report his conclusions to him on Monday.\"
