Chairman of the Libyan Transitional National Council Mustafa Abdul Jalil arrived here today on a short visit to Qatar. Abdul Jalil and his accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Doha International Airport by HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Emiri Diwan Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah and HE the Qatar Armed Forces Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Hamad bin Ali Al-Attiyah.
